Animation and prop issues

Hi,

 

Hopefully this is the right place to post this. I've been playing for a little while and been enjoying it overall but am starting to get weirder and weirder problems with the animations, and some animations and items/props (particularly pillories) are not loading properly. I've attached some example images and a list of mods I'm trying to use in hopes someone can help me out. I suspect it's going to be something like "uninstall and reinstall everything and start a new game cause you screwed it up."
