(Request) Followers join factions

Bit like how followers can be recruited to join the blades.

Personally I would love to do this, especially if their new faction would take them out for a soon from time to time. Imagine dropping of Lydia at the Dawnguard just to at as later state encounter some dawnguard soldiers fighting some Vampires and their thralls somewhere, Lydia among them. The Companions do something similar with Circle member out fighting something with as pair of low ranked members in tow so that is my inspiration for what I would like to see.
