Crash when entering robbers cove.

Tring to go into robbers cove and it crashes before it even gets to the loading screen.  Pap log is not providing any info,  I uninstalled what ever mod was last logged, 4 times, so it must be crashing before it writes whatever is wrong there.

 

Idk what to do, hopefully theres an answer to this.  for now i will just stay away from it i guess.

Ah this is the cave inside the bandit camp I had on my old savegame crashes whenever I got near the camp or I crashed when I entered the house with the bandit chief and the trapdoor. Is this what happens to you too right when you go in the little shag near the trapdoor?

 

I never figured out how or why since I have no mods that change this camp or the cave, but well to your problem do you have any mods that could maybe change the cove or the entrance area? if not try teleporting right into the cove it should be:

So try use "coc RobbersGorge01" ,but well I guess you know yourself how to use the console

 

Well for me I can only say I just ignored this area. On my "new" savegame this error is strangly not occuring again never found out how or why since I changed nothing on this location...

 

I hope you can fix your error or at least teleport in the cave even if its no perfect solution

Thanks for the reply   i tried cocing into it but it immediately crashes that way too.  I dont have any problems on the outside, only wehn i try to zone to interior it crashes.  i really dont know if any of my mods changes it in any way.  I have so many idk how i would go about figuring out which it is, if any.

 

Im kinda of suspecting lootification as a possible problem, possibly putting leveled loot in there from another mod that might not be quite right.  I disabled lootification LLI.esp, but i dont know if that removes anything it placed in there, or if it even placed anything in there to begin with before entering the area.

 

There are a few quests related to this place, 2 radiant, i have not gotten them yet. idk if it could be something to do with those.  I cant think of any mods i have that does anything to radiant quests.

 

Its bound to be a mod with both have.  Would you mind posting your load order and i will compare to see what common mods we have?  thanks

 

I wonder what kind of thing makes it crash immediately, usually a crash will happen after it loads a bit, not immediatly.  If i remember correctly, there was something like this for another place where someone named Potema was causing a crash if u used custom armor and a fix had to be downloaded to fix the skeleton(< i think) to enter the area.  I wonder if there is something like that in this area.

I highly doubt it is mod related to be honest in my problem I can 100% sure say I have no mod that only changes this specific location if it would be a mod that changes not only this location you would not crash only there but anywhere where this changes occure I hope you  get what I mean. Skyrim even vanilla has some strange issues and bugs therefore I decided to blame bethesda (just kidding)

since you not crash in the bandit camp itself, but only when entering the loading screen our problems with it may also not be related for your problem it would indeed be possible if you have mods that change loot or whatever that some of them may be the cause sadly I can't say which one. For loot etc. I personally doubt it since you would crash whereever you find this loot to it must be something that only occures there, but again skyrim is strange even vanilla.

Don't know if you have a problem with it, but you could also finish the quests with the console if they are not to important for you.
