Unlimited Blade Works error/ no footpaths ?

Hello guys

I am using a mod by elysees Unlimited blade works (UBW 0.666). 

The problem I have with this mod is that when it teleports me and surrounding npcs to the other realm the npcs are stuck in place.

Only melee characters are stuck though. Ranged characters like mages or archers can move and shoot but they won't switch to melee in close combat. 

Dragons also work but they won't ever land. 

I was assuming that the area has missing navmeshes or footpaths or whatever it's called. 

What do You guys think? Do You know how to fix it?
