Sudden Morroblivion problems

I'm using the chargen and transport mod for Morroblivion, and slowly but surely everything has started messing up after working perfectly for months. It started with a new character I made that started in Morrowind, and for some odd reason the main quest wouldn't even begin. All I could do was talk to the guy and get out of the boat. The people in the guard house weren't even there. The next time I tried making a new character, it automatically sent me to Morrowind without letting me choose at the empty cell. And now, I can't even get out of the empty cell when I start a new character. FYI I am also using Morroblivion in Tamriel, which keeps Morrowind in its own worldspace but puts it on the map. This is an older mod from 2011, but it was working fine along with everything else. I was using the .61 version of Morroblivion when the problems started happening, but I updated to .63 and I still have the same problems. Of course I have 245 plugins, but I haven't made many changes to cause these problems to happen. Here is my load order: http://pastebin.com/6YcjuqYZ

 

I will be very grateful for any responses, in the meantime, I'll be trying to troubleshoot this myself. I am kind of in a stuck situation where I don't know where to start. Thanks in advance for any advice.
