Strap-On to real cock

Hi,

 

is there an easy way to change one of the strap-ons in the sexout-straponsex mod to a real cock without harness? 

I already tried it with NifSkope but after deleting the harnesss and transforming the cock (changing the position and bringing it a little closer to the body), it gets distorted on the upper side and at the tip, but only when having sex or going into the "ready for battle"-stance.
