World models not loading

hello, i haven't found anything anywhere about my bug, so here is what happens:

For some reasons, some buildings, characters, even the ground sometime doesn't load, or disappear, also some SFX don't show (Spells, burning oil, shouts...) wich make quite a sad gaming experience...

 

This happens after a complete reinstall of the game, with or without active mods (in those screenshoot, it's with vanilla Skyrim).

I use SKSE 1.07.01, FNIS 5.1.1, LOOT, SSME and Optimizer Textures.

My system is:
Windows Vista family, with Intel duo 2.13ghz processor and 4Go RAM and ATI Radeon HD3400 (256Mo ram).

 

If anyone has an idea about the probably silly thing that cause this, i'd be very gratefull.

Civil war is buggy even for the most up to date computer systems, I think most places warn against it.

 

Devious devices and it's related mods, the immersive mods (like patrols) all are very script heavy. It's a wonder that you're loading at all with your system. Immersive patrols would make me ctd when I came upon one of their roadside battles, every time. It's an interesting mod, but those of us with lower end systems just can't run them without bottlenecking on cpu and gpu (afraid I've just walked into a troll trap) But you're probably going to have to give up a lot (if not all) of those script heavy mods just to be able to play.

Thank for the tip, most of those mods actually worked well, with the occasionnal ctd from time to time, and since i had the same issue with an unmodded game, i think it's not script related.

 

Found a solution though, that consisted in uninstalling my video drivers. Seems to work better with no drivers, go figure... (seems like catalyst is not compatible with skyrim at all)

Now i have plenty of ctd, but that's another issue, and i'll just remose some script heavy mods just as you said, but well, if i remove sexlab and devious devices, i can just forget about 90% of the mods from here
