sex animation not working

People are walking up to my character and it says Im submitting but they just stand there instead of having sex. I believe the data files are in the right directory. I exported my load order in fomm and attached it to this. I Installed the latest version of nvse and and nvse extender. I put the extender in the same directory as nvse. I also installed the bnb skeleton. Can someone help me?
