help with a follower mod problem

Hey ppl

 

I made a follower out of one of my pc and in my game she looks great, she is the one on the left

 

 

 

 

 

But when I let germanicus download my mod too test it out she ends looking like this

 

 

 

This is my frist trying in making a follower, so I am still a noob. I followed Natildes guide from the nexus.

But I wanna hear if some could say/help me out with I might have done wrong so i can correct it. I can also link too the testfile so you can look at it if needed.
