Havok Content Tool Past 2010 release - Unknown System Exception

I'm trying to use the havok content tools for create HDT physics rigs for Skyrim, but I need the Fixed Constrained which does not appear to be in the 2010 release of the content tools.

 

My problem is that any version past 2010 will come up with a "--Unknown System Exception" error message when I try to run the Export Tool. (MAXScript MacroScript Error Exception.)

After closing the error box It shows the hvkCommon.mcr script with "hkSceneExportUtility.doExport()" highlighted as the part of the maxscript that returned the error.

 

(Tested on 3ds max 2010, 2012 and 2014 64bit) 

 

Would anyone have any idea how I may fix this issue and get the plugin working properly?

Since this post is a few months old, I'm wondering if you've found a solution. I'm having the same problem.
