No strapon when initied sex and no squirt :O

hello everyone, im having a little problem with sexlab and sexlab squirt, the thing is that when my character initied sex, there are no strapon appear but in inventory still show that is equiped, and my character can't squit doesnt matter which option i choosed (weird that it still work with other fem char)

 

i only installed few high rated sexlab mods (those and sos, thats all), mods sort by LOOT

 

and sometimes crashing during devious devices load zaz animation on save load (show in papyrus - not sure if anyone got)
