Perks that affect blocking/bashing

Do these perks apply to blocking with a two handed weapon? The first perk in the blocking tree is literally called shield wall so I would figure it requires a shield, but the description says "Blocking is 20% more effective" which doesn't mention having to have a shield, does this affect blocking with a two handed weapon?

 

Also would deadly bash/power bash/disarming bash be useable with a 2 hander?

In answer to your question, no. Two handed weapon use does not allow blocking. Also bashing requires blocking.

You can block with two-handed weapons. It's dual-wielding you can't block with.

 

The perks in the Block tree work without shields, except for Deflect Arrows, Elemental Protection (I think) and Shield Charge. They will not work if you're blocking with a weapon or torch.
