Issue with installing SCR

So I was installing all the essentials and what-not, and when I finally figured I was finished installing SCR, I went to try a mod and realized I didn't have the SCR .esm. After going back through the files I had downloaded, I actually realized that I'm pretty sure none of them had the .esm. Is it on another thread or did I somehow miss it? Any help would be appreciated.

I guess you missed it -> link (I think the esm is in the SexoutCommonResources-20140707.9.zip archive)
