Dibella Sin

Starting at medium lvl of Promiscuity she attracted attention of powerful (yet) organization named 'Dibella Inquisition'. Cultists usually wear robes with hoods hiding their faces. They have lodge with 5 mages, one archmage and cultusts, willng to help them. When she was awake she found three strangers beside her bed. In a second her follower/s was disabled and she was binded. One of cultists casted unusual spell and they suddenly were relocated to unknown place. Leader explained her that for her sin of misusing Dibella for her dirty intensions she will be punished. But first they 'cleared' her from that sin. All five cult mages one after another, ( well, three is enough).

After being cleared she was ought to wear 'whore amulet', which she shouldn't remove. Amulet decreases her interaction abilities, making interrogations much harder to succeed. She was dismissed and appeared in the bed she was taken at. She tried to remove amulet but her stamina was draining so fast that she can hardly rise a sword. She decided to figure out how to remove it. Barkeepers gave her a clue that she need to find 5 books which had clues on weaknesses of 5 cult mages and were distributed around Skyrim. In the last book she found spell which helped her to get to their citadel. It was sphere-shaped flying house (Vivek house) near the High Hrothgar. You can't reach it by land. She sneaked into it and killed one mage after another, using obtained knowledge. Together they were too powerful even for her. After defeating them she was rewarded with access to this remoted house, furnished as every good adventurer's house should be.

Optionally (with devious devices) she got 'cursed' plugs with well known (veneric) cyrodiilic deseases:

Xantarhea- drains magica 10 a day, buff on trading 2% (look pretty yellowish) Gu'umor- drains stamina to 10 a day, buff on strength and intimidation. Telorsis: Drains health 10 a day with buff to all magic 2% a day.' She coould only remove plugs with a key, obtained from persons who had essential books.
