ENB + OCO shadow Flikering with shadow blurring enabled.

I am using Nuska's Oblvion character overhaul as well as this ENB with shadow blurring enabled http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/44810

 

Whenever I play with a race that isn't an elf, everything is fine. But if I play as say, a female dark elf with shadow blurring enabled, the shadow the player casts onto nearby objects will disappear at certain angles.

 

Has anyone else run into a similar issue?
