Arms, Walking, and ZaZ animations

I am hoping someone might be able to help me!

 

I have ZaZ, Sexlab Framework, Submit, Arousal, Romance, Enhanced Spouses, and Dangerous Nights installed.

 

Now, they all work pretty much, except for one thing that really kind of kills the immersion for me for 10 minutes or so, and that's at the beginning. I use Alternate Start so that when I do the default beginning of being loaded onto the wagon to be executed, I can see my character. Anyway. I do this, get off the wagon, hands are bound behind my back - same as the Storm Cloak Prisoners.

 

Each one of them is called and walks normal. The animation is fine. But when my character walks - regardless of male or female - their arms are suddenly gone and mashed into the body. It's a weird looking image. I have no screenshots, but I'm hoping someone might know of the issue and of the possible solution(s)! Thanks!
