A question about HDT and adding new armor

I have two problems. The first, I'm using HDT and Havok Object, but I get a lot of clipping in the breasts through the bikini top of the Dungeon Explorer Bikini for UNPBO. Is there any way to mitigate/fix this? 

 

Also, I've been parting out the Bikini Explorer set for the same body so I can remove the bikini but keep the straps. I've got the models sorted out, but I can't figure out what setting to use in the Creation Kit to get it to work. Either they don't show up at all, or they override the bikini. I've gone through every combination that I can think of. Does anybody have any ideas? I'm aiming to have it occupy the amulet slot, if that's possible.
