JackGa's silver knight armor

I have the silver kngiht armor (special ver) installed from steam

 

and for me the mod has disappeared from steam workshop, it is still in my data file list to where I can still access it

 

but I would rather have it installed with nexus mod manager, as it is my main armor set and I have SBBE installed, and in a public place without wifi, my character would be completely naked, and we can't have that in a public place

 

now this is my question, I have the special version armor with A LOT of OP enchantments that I would like to keep, but I'm worried if I download the final version of the mod, will it delete the special version and force me to start the armor all over from scratch, or will I be able to update to the final version and keep all my enchantments and legendary armor status
