Sharing dialogue, inlcuding vanilla fuz files

I'm looking for a detailed guide on how to make more vanilla dialogue lines and fuzes available (aka shared), similar to Serana Shared Dialogue, only I can pick and choose what I need (hint: a lot! )

 

If a mod already exists that makes all vanilla dialogue shared, please provide a link
