Sullykills Posted September 24, 2014 Posted September 24, 2014 Hey guys, so I recently discovered Bagserk's beserk races, only to find out that gut's skin is not compatible with SoS, I can equip a shlong, but there's always a black outline of his underwear, instead of a his bare torso, has anyone experienced this? if so is there a fix? I'll upload pictures in a moment, your help is greatly appreciated.
Ranulf Posted September 25, 2014 Posted September 25, 2014 Hmmm, I think I've an idea, but it may be a dirty fix. 1. First, you have to copy these meshes: malebody_0.nif / malebody_1.nif / skeleton.nif <--- They are in data/meshes/actors/character/characterassets. As you have SoS installed, these meshes are adapted for it. 2. Next, and this is where I am absolutely not sure, I think the Berserk race has its own folder somewhere in data/meshes/actors/*should be around* Find this folder, open it, locate the body meshes. If they have different names than malebody_0.nif / malebody_1.nif / skeleton.nif, rename the meshes you copied from "data/meshes/actors/character/characterassets" as the meshes in this folder are named ( they shouldn't have a too different name so you will easily recognize them ) 3. And once it's done, just replace the meshes from the folder with the ones you just renamed ( if it of course was necessary ). 4. As I am not sure about the textures as well, do the same thing as above, locate the body texture used for SoS, copy it and replace the one from the Berserk race with it. It should work in my opinion, as it is a non-beast race.
