"Bat travel" effect problem

i cant seem to figure out how to remove this blasted effect, it only happens when i use melee weapon. bow, crossbow and fist doesn't cause it. i had this effect before, and removed it, but now it wont disappear. is there a mod that completely remove this effects?

i have tried new game, effects still there.

 

founded a video with exact same effects, but there's no power/magic on my(and new) character: it's not mine, btw

 

 

 

Edit: it seems to be fixed by itself, but just to be on safe side, is there a mod that remove bat travel effect?
