Description of Settings

Does anyone know of a place where I can actually have the full description of these seetings in the creation kit?

I'm looking for some settings and without descriptions it's going to take ages to find it. And I've tried looking around and I just can't find any place that can describe these settings!

 

I'm looking for a setting that can modify Armor values and Weapon values on a global level withouth having to manually do everything item by item, which I believe it exists! I'm also looking for the arrow speed multiplayer to make arrows go faster and a setting that can change movement speed dependent on weight or what you wear. I'm pretty certain there are settings for these things, I just need to know which ones...
