Vampire Eyeliner Bug/incorrect path

So, I seem to be having a sort of variant of the "Burnt Face" of vampire lore, wherein the bug has been linked to eyeliner since the release of patch 1.6. In my case it would seem that, rather than a burnt face, I get a lovely tattoo instead. I believe it is related to an incorrect texture path but I'm not savvy enough on the minutia of the game to fix this.

 

I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and/or a solution to it. In the included pictures, I've shown that the appearance of the tattoo is directly linked to the eyeliner sliders in Racemenu while not affecting the eyeliner itself. Please note that as a normal human this does not occur.
