Mod idea about combat (demons souls -like)

I got fed of the button mashing combat in skyrim and I would learn how to mod just to create this mod.

 

Basically every kind of attacks will cost stamina and staggers the opponent for a brief moment.

Stamina will also regenerate at same speed be it in combat or not at a rapid rate.

 

Thoughts? And if anyone could point me on how to create such mod is appreciated as I have no modding experience with this game.
