Minor Freezing even with Mem. patch and ENBOOST installed

I've been experiencing minor freezing on exterior and also on some rare cases in Interior cells even with Skyrim Memory Patch enabled and ENBOOST. I modified the Memory to 640MB x 512MB, still no improvements and then i returned to default Memory setup and still no changes. turning off Vsync via enblocal makes greater FPS and it fixes the freezing.

 

Other than outside settings in my PC with CCC settings like AA disabled and AF off and so on... there's still no improvement and the freezing occurs with 30-48 FPS outside, 50-60.1 FPS inside. I've dome improvements to my Skyrim so it'll run smoothly but i think i'm missing something.

 

My Specs : 

 

Mobo : MSI B85M-P33 OC off

CPU : Intel I-5 4440 3.1GHz OC off(stock speed is 3.1Ghz but with Auto-Turboboost enabled via MSI i get 3.3-3.4Ghz even on Idle)

CPU : AMD / Powercolor Radeon 7750 HD 2GB 128-bit  OC off

RAM : 16GB Kingston HypeX-blu

 

BIOS : V4.5 planning on updating it to latest 4.9

GPU BIOS and drivers are up to date

what version of skse you have? ya don't need SSME if ya have skse 1.7.1 as they both do the same thing now cus they add that memory allocation and when ya mean by boss are ya using loot v6 witch is boss v3 (the name was changed to loot) boss is now out of date and should not be used as the master list is not being updated for it

 

also here's what my skyrim ini /prefs look like also did ya try let the game make new Skyrim.ini/SkyrimPrefs and see if that helps (don't forget to put back the ini changes that are need for the enb)

Whoa! didn't know BOSS was officially unsupported and thanks for the heads up for the SSME, i did remove it earlier. And oh thanks for the inis help i think i got mine optimized and yes i let TESV create the defaults and i tweaked it. Thanks mate :D
