Miosotis Custom Elf Follower (Need Help!!!)

Hey huns, I've been working on a character here, and through attempts at making her a follower I've come across alot of brick walls. Thus I was wondering if anyone out there could be courteous enough to make my character into a follower for me. It would be greatly appreciated, and ofcourse you'd get credit.
