Banned Nord Book from the first era, "Ma and son"

There's a Nord book that's been banned in Skyrim. It speaks of old Nord traditions that existed in the first era. Some Nord families still adhere to these customs and traditions. For example, in the Nord book "Ma and son", if the Nord son turned out to be weak, he'd end up serving his attractive mother upon reaching the age of nineteen, and his father would leave to seek a new mate.

What are the twelve ways that the weak son served his attractive mother?
 
* FIRST RULE: The sun was out and the day was warm, such days are rare in these lands. The mother would soon invoke the first rule, and have her nineteen year old son escort her to the river. There she'd have him remove her garb and he'd do the same.  He'd begin washing his dear mothers supple body in the river. She'd request that he spend extra time with her breasts and her exposed sex.  The son was ashamed but also quite aroused. When the mother saw his sons member erect, this pleased her. The son found himself lusting for his attractive Nord mother, with her large breasts, blonde hair and toned body from performing various tasks that require strength and vigor.  He was shorter than his dear mother.  Afterwards the mother would share a loving kiss with her son, with tongues intertwined, and she'd gently reach out and give her sons member a slight squeeze.
 
Does anyone remember how the rest of this goes?  What are the other eleven rules that the mother can invoke on her weak nineteen year old son?
