Two Seperate Texture Issues

I have two different issues and I was hoping someone knows what's happened in either.

 

1)  I'm using BVFE and in some (not all) vampires there is this weird glitch where the whites of their eyes are yellow/orange.  A handful are white like they should be and I'm not sure what causes this problem

 

2) I'm getting this weird texture issue with the bodies where I'm getting a neck/wrist seam.  I tried reinstalling cbbe, using both it's provided textures and the mature skin and body, and using texture blend to try and fix both (I never saw any change except for the one time I made the hands grey). 

The issue seems to be recent and I'm can't remember if I installed anything in the past few days. The issue also seems to persist across all npcs, I installed some mods like Bijin Warmaidens and BVFE Serana that I know didn't have noticeable seams until recently
