Is it possible to apply specular map via effectshader decal?

I know that a diffuse map decal can be applied to a body (apply cum effect).

 

But can a specular map be applied instead of a diffuse map?

 

Or is there any possible way to switch textures on a nude body during gameplay?

 

I'd like to have the follower I"m making have different skin states:

 

State: Oiled

 

State: Normal

 

State: Wet

 

State: Cummed On

 

etc
