CTD at Startup suddenly

I took the time to remove ENB and after which I started having CTD issues,

Have you tried to use the TES5Edit tool? if not, here is a link to it. http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/25859/?

 

TES5Edit will load your current build/load order, if it fails to load (this will be like your Skyrim CTD) it will tell you why it failed.

 

CTD @ startup basically means that your load order is missing a dependent file. TES5Edit will tell you what is missing.

 

If TES5Edit loads with no issue, you may need to check your actual load order file to make sure there is no double enties.

 

Use this to check your load file: %localappdata%\Skyrim\plugins.txt

AH I figured it out, the reproccer all in one patch added a patch for something I didn't have. but now my reproccer won't make a proper patch anymore keeps saying record length off.
