Unable to add shouts via command

Hi!

I have a problem regarding to adding shouts with player.teachword command. If I try to add any shout with that, it only says: Invalid word of power <ShoutID> of parameter word of power. 

I have no idea which of my 300+ mods is causing it. The papyrus is complaining a lot about Estrus so I tried to disable it and Estrus Chaurus with Mod Organizer, but the problem still occured.
