[Question] Change standalone follower's head size and neck length through NifSkope?

Quick question! Is it possible to alter a standalone follower's head size and neck length from OUTSIDE the game? Perhaps through Nifskope? I remember reading somewhere that it can be done, by tweaking with that follower's skeleton, yet I could have misread that. If at all possible, how would I go about it?

 

Sorry if this seems like a noobish question, but yeah I'd like to know.
