playidle doesn't work definitely?

Hello guys. I asked this question about two months ago in other forums like Skyrim nexus about this command for play animations from the game but seen's it doesn't work. My question is... The command still without work after all the new patches and creation kit?. I'm talking about the game animations(like drink, eat or sleep) not custom ones. I read some threads in the forum about the animation mods in Skyrim still very limited but maybe there is a way for make the game animations to work with a command or mod?
