Converting player to follower

I was wondering if there's a way to make a current player in one game into a follower for another game.

I have probably 6 characters in their own game. I would like to take 2-3 of these and make them followers within another game.

I've seen some models/followers where the creator has said this was from one of their games. So, there most be a way to upload one's main character/player to be used in any game.
