Boobs randomly going flat

so after downloading the HDT physics 10-24, whenever my character has no armor on her boobs go completely flat, with armor on it's fine. I have the XP32 maximum skeleton installed (2.06) which I think is the right one. I've tried changing the body type in bodyslide a ton of time, changing nodes and whatnot there, but I just can't figure this out. Any help is appreciated.

edit: also, if I start a new character there doesn't seem to be any problem
