What happened to Heels on Platform/other Skyrim HHs.

Does anyone know what happened to the awesome Heels on Platform mod for CBBE(I believe it was by DonMichael71)? I loved that mod and it seems to have disappeared   on top of that my MO says there is a newer version than the one I have (v1.42). Anyone know any other HH alternatives that are for/work with CBBE? I've only found the Charming heels on nexus and one heel mod here on LL but only the charming heels one has open heels like Heels on Platform did.

I do believe most mods moved to using HDT Heels http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/36213/? which is body independent.

Heels on Platform was using the HDT Heels system and is even linked in the post it's the link under "for example:" which is part of the reason why I was wondering what happened to it, a lot of people are still linking to it.
