Hello Getting a weird problem, that is when I start to brawl the moment i punch I get 40 bounty added to my name and all the NPCs aggro me. Now I dont know what is causing it or which mod is causing it, but I installed all the mod as I was supposed to and also every one of em is working fine.

yes I downloaded the compatibility versiona and also you can see the .esp file is loaded as early as possible using the NMM.

It should be loaded as low as possible, so nothing can over write it.
