santasexchange Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 whenever i equip certain armor, my character's hips have different shades on them. does anyone know what causes this or how to fix it?
Spyder Arachnid Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 Ugh, CBBE stuff. You're using an outdated body texture that doesn't fit the new body. So you'll have gaps and seams. You need to switch to a newer body texture that has been updated to the new version of your body.

Spyder Arachnid Posted August 30, 2014 Posted August 30, 2014 Hmm well I don't use CBBE myself, but I believe SG Female Texture Renewal is the default choice most people use these days. Just make sure to download the CBBE version for your body and not the UNP version, or else you'll get more texture issues. Otherwise check on the Nexus. There is tons of different body textures out there for you to play with. Even mix and match stuff, but that's a bit more advanced if you're new. This section here has a bunch of textures and stuff for your body. Just make sure they are kind of recent and check the comments/description if you are unsure. Downside to CBBE is they changed the body awhile back which made a lot of the older textures for it obsolete. So make sure you use more recent ones to avoid those gaps and seams.
