Looking for custom hairs to custom races tutorial

I've recently made a nice character with Nuskas races presets. But the races only have vanilla hair styles and eye textures. 

 

Is there a tutorial to teach me how to add specific hair meshes and eyes to the custom race?

 

Also, is there a way to enable say "Mikotos" or "Lings" hair and eye packs for the custom races? It works for all vanilla races so there must be a way to enable these mods for the new custom.
