It's about Poet a cute little follower.

 

I wonder if someone is able to convert into playable race ?

Isn't it as simple as checking the playable race square on her race and using her face as a preset by checking the preset square after double clicking her name in the actors categorie?

Still in the process of reinstalling skyrim currently so I can't check it but that is certainly close enough to what must be done.
