Need help with body/armor/animation replacers

I believe that I used CBBE and chonotrigger777's armor replacer a while back, but the Dragonfly bouncing butt animation that I thought I used is listed as incompatable. I'm not sure if something has changed or if I just got lucky before. 

 

What is the best (but not overly-skimpy) armor replacer for CBBE, and what all is needed to make the breasts/butt bounce? Are there any good animation replacers that support the bouncing? What is all of this HDT, TBBP, and BBP stuff?
