i was innocently playing when talking to Crescius Caerellius from dragonborn dlc i found a text line that said something about "wanna swing?" and after my character had fun with Crescius while his wife was riding my companion

sadly i cant find that line anymore and since i have 5-6 possible sl mods im quite lost

the most probable candidate are loverscomfort or submit 

if anyone know what mod is and what is the trigger (obvious a married couple) like relationship with that npc arusal ecc let me know

lover's comfort.  Trigger is having a follower present and all members having a certain level of arousal (set by MCM), and interacting with someone who has a present partner (married, jarl/housecarl, etc.).
