Populated Troubleshooting

OK, there is a very specific problem I am having with Populated Roads Lands Paths mod. You see, while I was doing the Black Sacrament quest to find all spell books related to this awesome-as-fuck armor, I ran across this spellsword, namely 'the Spellsword Chief'. She cast a fucking Blizzard both of the times I fought her (Yes, I fought and killed her twice don't look so surprised). I was interested what mod added this dame to my game (Yes, it was also a 'she'). I put up the console and typed 'help spellsword' and do you know what I saw? For some reason, there are two Spellsword with hex numbers 'FF' and '6B'. I know the mod occupies '6B' spot and more importantly I recently hit 155 plugins. So is there a Spellsword in my save that occupies the 'FF' spot? The 'FF' spot is 255th or 256th spot for plugins in case you didn't know. Which also explains the weird mesh problem I am getting. I think. To sum it up, NPCs added by PRLP somehow get duplicates that occupy 'FF' spot when I don't even have a total of 254 plugins. PRLP excluded.

 

So what exactly is the problem? Do any of you who use this mod experience simliar issues?
