Last few tweaks needed

I have made a ton of changes to my mods and now I just want to add the last few tweaks to my game.  

 

Specs: My Specs are 3.70 GHz quad core proccessor, 16 GBs of Ram and a Geforce 650 ti w/ 2GB's of Vram.

 

Currently I have the files from Boris, ( http://enbdev.com/download_mod_tesskyrim.htm )  but other than editing the enblocal.ini file, I don't know what to do. I am interested in an ENB to add to my current textures but I dont know how to add it all and edit the files without messing it all up (I've tried it before). Any help here? Forgive me for my ignorance on how this works and how to do it.

 

The only issue that I have found is that the sun is not bright enough for my liking. I have played with the saturation, brightness, and bloom and I still cant get it right. I also use Imaginator to edit these and even the Sun and Sky tweaks don't really help. What can I do to make the day brighter and more vibrant without being blinded by the reflection off of anything? ( I hope that makes sense)
