How to merge?

Sexlab Solution has a problem preventing prison overhaul to work properly.

 

A patch was released but its not really clear how to use it :|

Can anybody help with the simplest way to use it?

 

Maybe creating a "data" folder for the patch, and making it in a .7z file then loading it with NMM would work?

 

I watched the vid on merging but it works on already existing mods :| so doesn t apply.

It should allow to install the .esp with NMM
