HDT enabled Clothing, Hair and Armors use the Havok Physics Engine built into Skyrim. Movement is more fluid and realistic.

Objects with Collision have a noticable effect on HDT enabled objects. Hands being able to affect the motion of hair, as a character wipes the sweat from thier brow, or seductively moves thier hands up from thier waste, cupping the breasts...
