Help with armbinder?

I have some problems with armbinders now. 

I didn't have this problem earlier, with a regular armbinder, but i'm getting it now. 

 

From Devious Cursed Loot, i got an Ebonite Armbinder on my character. The problem is that i can't struggle out of it. I struggle once, everything goes as normal. Then i try struggling a second time and CTD.

 

I don't know how this happens, so i ask for some help. 

 

(and hopefully i posted this in the right spot. I hope so. Not that used to navigating this site yet.)
