Creation Kit crashing to desktop upon exit?

This always happens whenever I load a mod (with the DLCs as Master Files).  I've already edited the SkyrimEngine.ini so I can load up the mods and DLC perfectly fine, apart from being flooded with extra 'Yes to All' error messages.  

 

So I make the edits I want in the mod, save it but when I try to close CK after that, it's guaranteed a CTD. I'm not even sure my mod was saved properly when the CK just crashes halfway like that. To note, this ONLY happens when I load mod plugins that have DLC master files.

 

Usually what accompanies with this Creation Kit CTD is a CTD when I try to load my save with the edited mod. Definitely something got corrupted thanks to the CK breaking down
