How can I get Fallout 3 to work better on Windows 8?

First of I should mention my specs:

MSI GD_Z87 Motheboard

i5-4670 CPU

GeForce GTX 770 Video Card (2gb of GDDR5)

and 16gb of DDR3

Following some stuff I've read online I have used Games for Windows Live Disabler and Archive Invalidation. I have also installed the K-Lite Codec pack (just a few minutes ago). Aside from a moment ago when the game just completely froze, the game usually crashes completely randomly.

Go into VATS? Crash! Go into a sewer? Crash! Turn around? Crash!

Sometimes I'll play for an hour or even 2, sometimes 5 minutes. I don't think my handful of mods are the problem but I'll list what I've installed anyway:

Ambient Wasteland 2 .WAV Edition (and the patch)

Fellout (and the DLC Support)

Darnified UI F3 Alpha

Enhanced Blood Textures

Enhanced Night Sky

EVE (Energy Visuals Enhanced)

Exnems Full Body Replacer

F3 Cazy Conversion (Hair mod)

Fallout 3 Redesigned

Fallout 3 Weapon Retexture Project

Flora Overhaul Forested Version

Fallout Stutter Remover

Ghoul Retexture

Grenades (sound mod)

Hair Pack

HiRes Skill Books

Mars Mutant Mod

Nightvision Goggles

NMCS Texture Pack

Realistic Gunshot Sounds

Retextured Female Face

Realistic Interior Lighting

ROCKS Addon Pack

Shinier Roads

T3 Armors Full Release (and the additional armors)

Ultimate Perk Pack (or something like that, its just says UPP)

VATS Normal Weapon Degredation

M4 Carbine

Better Game Performance mod (ha)

Weapon Mod Kits

So if anything stands out or if there's something that I can do to make the game run better that would be swell, any advice is welcome and appreciated

I'll look into it thank you. I disabled Fallout 3 Redesigned, I noticed when I looked at the packages info a lot of the stuff in the top of the list said disregard, it seems to be running better, but I'm definitely giving your suggestion a look
