Outdated or Missing Sexlabutil.dll

I upgraded to 1.59 today, and am met with that error message. The DLL is sitting in the correct folder, so I have no idea what is causing this. Here is my papyrus log.

Which Upgrade Version did You download, and when?

I grabbed the Update from 1.50 to 1.59 after it was uploaded and had the same problem, but I downloaded the full 1.59 and it had the correct version of the .dll. The Versions were fixed sometime today by Ashal.

I'm not convinced it's fixed.  I've been having this problem so I completely removed framework via the nexus manager and installed v 159b.7z today (9/16).  It was just updated 9/15/14 so this is the latest.  Still getting the message.  Still can't go beyond the point where I request a specific sex act.  I did run fnis afterwards.  I don't see how I could be doing anything wrong.

I installed 1.59b by the update from 1.5 to 1.59b Yesterday, and was posssibly the first User to download the update upon releasse, and tested it in Game on multiple characters.

Check if Your Mod Manager is allowing all of the necessary files to be installed correctly.

Install Order is very important, I do not know how NMM or Mod Organiser work at handling Install Order and overwrites of existing files when new Mods are installed.

I figured it out.  My skse didn't upgrade properly.  I did it manually, removed all sex lab and fnis mods then reinstalled them.  Now I'm not getting the error message.  Still not getting sex, even from Lydia,  but no error message.
